The Forum of Young Ukrainian Leaders is a national social project aimed at forming and training a new generation of socially responsible Ukrainian citizens. The main aim of the Forum is to identify, unite and develop active, socially aware young people in this country, as well as to organize and coordinate their joint efforts aimed at making life better at all social levels, in particular through the development of a civil society. The Forum project is independent of any political forces, parties or blocks, as well as of any business groups, oligarchs, special services, or governments.
Having just started its activity, the Forum of Young Ukrainian Leaders is in the initial stage of its development, including, among other things: 1) spreading information about the Forum, not through PR techniques and noisy promotional events, but by initiating and facilitating socially beneficial projects, and 2) finding and engaging all who share the Forum’s aims and are willing to help facilitate its work.
Thanks to the active involvement of new participants, whose number is growing daily, the Forum has already begun implementing a series of projects in some of its main spheres of activity. We plan to begin working in other directions in the near future, and will launch new projects at your suggestion. How fast those plans will be implemented, and how active and effective the Forum will be in general, depends on how active and creative the participants are and, quite certainly, on how numerous, united and people-oriented our team is.
Anyone can join the Forum, take part in its activities, or just help out, regardless of how much you have already demonstrated your leadership qualities. We appreciate any comments or suggestions concerning the Forum’s activity, and welcome you to become a new member of our friendly team. Suggestions may be sent to: idea@fmlu.org. You can join the Forum by filling out and submitting an application, or just follow current developments by subscribing to our newsletter. |
